Steve Harmon has a passion for travel and the desire to open up people’s hearts and minds to global adventures.
He’s a retired intelligence officer and service-disabled combat Veteran with 30 years of experience across 17 countries in a variety of circumstances requiring personal security skills.
Much of what he knows was gained through specialized training and personal experience in Europe, Central America, Africa, and the Middle East. He’s worked with the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence, the National Security Agency, The North Atlantic Treaty Organization, the United Nations Mission in Liberia, the Joint Special Operations Command, and the Pentagon.
He currently holds a Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information security clearance and has worked in counter-terrorism, special operations, counter-drug, peacekeeping, and multinational operations across the intelligence community. He’s developed, managed, and taught graduate-level intelligence training courses. He is also a licensed Level II private investigator, employed by one of the top security and investigation firms in the country.
Steve hold Master’s degrees in both Business Administration and Human Relations, along with multiple professional certifications, including membership in the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals.
